complete waste of time

The opening monologue by a comedian about the nature of her womenly parts should have been the first clue. The movie couldn't go downhill since it started at the bottom already. We gave it a solid 45 minutes before calling it quits as it really had gotten too painful to watch any more. The characters were poorly developed, apart from the heroine. The constant crude language wasn't all necessary and did not endear us to the character. Stories of youth growing up, pain in love and work, and Jewish identity have been tackled by much better films. Don't get me wrong. I'm quite open to independent films, artistic license and so on. Sorry, I failed to see the merit of the film.
